Home to Home is contacted by a senior and/or family in search of senior living.
Home to Home personally meets with the senior and/or family to assess their needs for senior living based on such things as required level of care, financial resources, location, time constraints, and personal lifestyle preferences.
Home to Home determines which communities meet the senior’s needs and contacts those communities to schedule tours.
Home to Home accompanies the senior and/or family on tours of the communities.
Home to Home assists with any needed follow-up, and accompanies the senior and/or family on any additional tours of communities.
Once a community has been chosen by the senior and/or family, Home to Home assists in the completion of the required paperwork for admission and the scheduling of the move.
